Industrial SWPPP Compliance

high-level inspections, filtration systems, education, programs, for
various State and U.S. Regional Water Quality Control Boards (Water

submit notices of intent (NOIs) for coverage under State or EPA

Architecting, Developing & Deploying Integrated THE SEA LIFE SAVER Stormwater Solutions
- Craft SWPPP Draft Copy
- Build SWPPP Final Copy to Owner and relevant State/Federal entities
- Prepare a Site Log Book that includes:
- All recording of the implementation of the SWPPP and other permit requirements including the installation and maintenance of Best Management Practices (BMP’s), site inspections and all stormwater monitoring (when applicable).
- SWMP (Storm Water Management Plan
- SWMM (Storm Water Management Manual)
- SPECP (Spill Prevention and Emergency Cleanup Plan)
- SWPPP – Employee Training Program
- SWPPP – Stormwater Sampling
- Certified CSECL personnel will perform on-site sampling per NPDES INDUSTRIAL GENERAL STORMWATER PERMIT during a storm event, with a chain of custody and deliver to an accredited laboratory properly packaged for Analytical results (includes DMR ecology report).
- Basic: TSS, Turbidity, pH, Oil and Grease, Zinc (includes 1 set of 3 bottles for 1 sampling point)
- Copper, Lead and Hardness (if applicable)
- INSPECTIONS – NPDES Industrial and Municipal Facility Inspections. Perform on-site facility Inspections:
- Per State Regulations
- Per County in which Business resides
- Per NPDES Industrial General Stormwater Discharge permit.
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Maintenance Services
- Monthly Maintenance Program
- Update customer’s SWPPP manual with maintenance schedules and services provided throughout the year. Compliance Inc. will provide a visit summary log for entrance into the SWPPP manual.
- Maintain erosion and sediment control around the catch basin (sweep method)
- Open up each catch basin, inspect, then remove the filter fabric and oil pillow for inspection and cleaning
- Replace the fabric non-woven geo textile liner and replace the oil containment pillow as required.
- Weigh and document sediment recovered from each catch basin Sea Life Saver insert or filtration unit
- Replace pillow media in all purchased SEA LIFE SAVER pipe socks as needed (billed separately)
- Capitol Source Control Recommendations
- Operational Source Control Recommendations
- Sediment and Erosion Source Control Inspections
- Stenciling stormwater drains in warmer weather each year
- Check and refill spill kits as required
- Replace SEA LIFE SAVER treatment Pouch in all purchased pipe socks and or SEA LIFE SAVER catch basin inserts as needed.
