SITE ASSESSMENT- NPDES
Industrial and Municipal Permits and Facility Inspections (one time)
Perform on-site facility Inspection per NPDES storm
water permit.
Blue Marble will manage your entire SWPPP program, or we can perform only certain task.
Task:

All recording of the implementation of the SWPPP and other
permit requirements including the installation and maintenance of Best
Management Practices (BMP’s), site inspections and all stormwater monitoring
(when applicable).

SWMP (Storm Water Management Plan)

SWMM (Storm Water Management Manual)

SPECP (Spill Prevention and Emergency Cleanup Plan)
·
SWPPP – Employee Training Program
·
SAMPLING – Certified CSECL personnel will perform on-site
sampling per NPDES INDUSTRIAL GENERAL STORMWATER PERMIT during a storm event,
with a chain of custody and deliver to an accredited laboratory properly packaged
for Analytical results (includes DMR ecology report).

INSPECTIONS – Perform on-site facility Inspections:
Monthly Service and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Bi-Monthly Service and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Quarterly Service and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Bi-Annual Service and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Annual Service and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Sampling and reporting $500 to $2000 per visit
Consulting $250/hr
